1.   Is my credit card and privacy info secure when shopping at Bluetrack Promo?

      Yes, our site utilizes the most advanced equipment to insure your credit card information is 100% safe when ordering. In addition, our privacy policy is our contract to you, as a customer, guaranteeing that we will neither sell nor share your information with any third party. We are verified by Verisign Security™ & are a trusted merchant in Yahoo Shopping!

2.   How long will it take to get my imprinted order?

      Normally, it takes between 5-10 days from artwork approval until your order ships for almost all of our products. However, for exact lead times please check the product page of the product you are interested in as certain products may require longer lead times. Rush orders are also available and you should contact us for details.

3.   Can I send a logo to be imprinted on my promo products?

      Yes, most customers send us logos to imprint by emailing them to the email address specified on the order confirmation page. (To protect against receiving unwanted viruses we cannot publish this email address here. If you need it again please click here and we will reply to you with it.) The easiest artwork format for our art team to use is an Adobe Illustrator vector file but if you do not have the artwork in this format please send it in one of the other acceptable formats. Other acceptable files include EPS, JPG, TIFF or BMP files. We also accept and will customize text imprints if you do not have a logo.

4.   Will I receive a proof of the artwork before you begin imprinting?

      Yes, all imprinted orders will receive a digital proof of their artwork to approve before printing. This proof is normally emailed to the customer 24-48 hours after the order is placed.

5.   Will sales tax be charged for my order?

      We do not charge sales tax for your order except if you live in the state of New Jersey, in which case by law we must charge you 6% sales tax. If you are from NJ and are a tax exempt organization please email us to indicate this.

6.   Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, we ship international orders quite regularly and it is not a problem at all. In fact, we have one of the lowest FedEx and DHL international shipping rates of any company in the world. We also have international representative offices in several countries who will be able to process your order directly. 7.   How do I check the status of my order?

      You will be emailed the current status of your order as it becomes available. You can also email our Support Team at orders@bluetrackpromo.com if you have any questions regarding your order.

8.   Are there any benefits to ordering online as opposed to calling your 800 number?

      Yes, since it saves time and speeds up your order process we offer FREE one color imprinting for online orders (no setup charges, no imprinting charges). Additionally, if you want two, three or four color imprinting the setup charges are adjusted to reflect this discount.

9.   Can I get an imprinted sample to evaluate?

      Yes, you can get a random imprinted sample of any one of our promotional products for a very small charge by going to the Sample Page by clicking here. If you are a past customer or a new customer who would like the sample/s sent using your own DHL, FedEx or UPS account number then the sample/s are provided FREE OF CHARGE. Please email sales@bluetrackpromo.com or call us to request them.

10.   Can I use my company's DHL, FedEx, or UPS shipping account number?

      Yes, you can use your company's DHL/Airborne, FedEx, or UPS shipping account number to ship your order if you prefer. If you do so we will NOT bill you any shipping charges. There is an option for this during checkout.

11.   I am an ASI distributor and/or I am interested in becoming a Bluetrack Promo reseller. How do I go about this?

      In order to become a Bluetrack Promo reseller you must email your name, address, telephone number and comments to distributors@bluetrackpromo.com. If you have a specific question or request please mention it in your email.

12.   Our organization or business is interested in partnering with Bluetrack Promo in some way. How do we go about this?

      We openly welcome proposals from other companies regarding possible partnerships with Bluetrack Promo.
